A sitz bath is used for hemorrhoids, UTIs, postpartum perineal healing, and vaginal yeast infections. You can purchase a plastic sitz bath at your local pharmacy to use this herbal blend in. Just brew the herbs into a strong tea, strain, pour into the sitz bath, plop your butt in it and relax.
